1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our services, you agree to these terms of service offered by Cerevial SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with €50,000 share capital.
2. Service Description
Alive Engine is a platform that deploys and supervises AI agents across infrastructure layers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it, including password protection.
5. Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include: violating applicable laws, transmitting malware, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or impersonating other users.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Cerevial. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Cerevial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the service.
7. Service Availability
No uptime guarantee is provided. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cerevial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may terminate your access immediately without notice for any violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. French courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to Terms
Material modifications will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
